insurance costs can be low...
I know there's an insurane-company where I pay for two cars as daily-drivers and the rest are insuranced for 10 eu pro year.
Comes together for about max. 5- or 600 euro's a year.

Meet Onne Van der Spoel. Yes, Onne is Dutch and now living in the UK and a very active member of the DOC. He just recently traded his DAF 33 in for a newer DAF 44. Onne is noted for his "Trilby" and his prolific posting on the DOC forum.

Meet Mark Lizewskie from Zion Grove, PA. Mark has been an active member of the DCA since 2004 and owns a 1962 DAF Daffodil.
His job is the envy of every auto enthusiast...He is the Director of JWR Automobile Museum.

Meet Bob Ciforelli another DCA member-

Bob lives in the far reaches of the USA in Belgrade, Maine. He joined the DCA after purchasing a 1982 Volvo 343 (DAF 77) from the UK in 2008.
Bob works for the State of Maine doing IP work and is quite the "Volvo Freak"

but very active in the DCA.

Yup, it's me!

Thought I would post myself in this rogues gallery of (in)famous people and let everyone know who I am.
I have been involved with, and grew up with, DAF. was born in Holland and my entire family owned DAF cars starting in 1958.
Even after moving here my parents owned DAFs which evolved into my hobby.
I took over the reigns of the DCA in 2005 and presently own 6 DAF cars.

Jos & his friend, Sunder, moderate www.SITEJE.com which is the keeper of a ton of DAF photo albums. Jos, along with his girlfriend, is one of the most active DAF enthusiasts in Holland attending almost every DAF related event.
His beautiful DAF 66 has been shown here a lot.
